Dear sir, we were registered under central excise and sales tax. as on 30.06.17 no ITC available but stock is there. we have adjusted the credit in related months and excess amount means tax liability we paid accordingly.

Hi,

If there is no Transitional Credit then no need to file TRAN 1 form.
