I am a trader, I dont have excise registration but i have excisable invoices. I have closing stock as on 30/6/17 which are less than a year older.
Where am I supposed to fill in form tran 1, to claim itc on the excise duty paid?

yes u will have to file tran.1 properly to get transitional ITC of excise paid on purchase
