Background
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a set of accounting standards, developed by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB, London) that is fast becoming the global standard for the preparation of public company financial statements.

Objectives of the Course
- On completion of the Diploma candidates should be able to:
- Understand and explain the international regulatory framework of financial reporting
- Discuss and apply specified International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRSs to practical situations
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with specified IASs, IFRSs & International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC) pronouncements
- Prepare group financial statements including subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures

- · Participants in Delhi should attend our face-to-face classes and all others can attend either the live session being broadcasted or/and attend the same at their convenience in a deferred-live mode.
- · Participants will have access to these archived sessions for all the classes for a period of one year from the date of commencement .
- · Participants will also get the faculty presentations for all the classes through email.
- · Participants just need to have a broadband internet connection with atleast 512 kbps bandwidtth or visit one of our nearest franchisee centres (list on our website).
