My sister is MBA graduate, she is receiving 20,000/- month, being HR trainee in MNC, Under which head it falls income from Salary or income from other sources? and she is not given Form 16

If appointed as employee, be as Training Manger or like............ salary income
If appointed as professional without any other allowances......... Go for Professional income
