Dear sir,
I have made the payment of Rs 42,480/- (36000+18% GSt) for the training providing company from our NGO and I have not deducted the TDS.
what is solution for this, please suggest me.
As. per section 191 of the Income Act 1961 , assessee , of whom you have not deducted TDS , has to pay same TDS directly .
please refer section 191 and also confirm with others .
