i have completed my indl training.As per my articles termination letter i ve 40 DAYS excess leave calculated based on period served during articles.during articles i had taken total leave of 175 Days.during my industrial training i ve not taken any leave.As during the total period of 3.5 YRS i m eligible for 180 days leave,will i ve to serve the 40 DAYS EXCESS leave on completion or will it be set off against the leave unawailed during industrial training??

You will have to first get registered with a CA firm and complete 40 days of training. Dont know under which clause it is required but one of my friend was asked to serve with a CA firm for 7 days which was his excess leave availed by him during his articleship period.
