Trading goods of duty paid import can claim in section 74 if we sent as it is without altering

Dear Sir

we have imported a shipment by paying duty and we are selling as it is without any change or altering the goods to an another customer as my local order was cancelled...

can we file the shipping bill under section 74 to applied for duty drawback... also advise the support notification for the same.

You can but you need to prove on the basis of documents that the goods imported by youis being re exprted.In other word the exported goods must be identifiable that the goods which were imported are beign re exported.

Further you need to file Drawback shipping bill.
