What is the procedure for trademark registration for a sole proprietor in delhi ie full procedure - because I want to register for a trademark in delhi

plz refer Trademarks and copyright act.

your Trademark will keep on notice board for certain period of time if no one is objection against trademark you can have this trademark if anyone has objection against your Trademark then you need to defend your title in respective court of zone. this is my best of knowledge which can I share with you thank you
