Hi All,
Please tell me the procedure for applying trademark.
Also tell me can we apply it for online ?

Before registering your trademark, a Trademark Search is highly recommended for the availability of your brand name. If that name is available you can file the application. After filing the application trademark registry will check if that name has been taken by somebody else or not. If not you can protect your brand name with trademark registration.
