Whether any resolution is necessary for usage of trade name by company?(say attractive design is trade name which abc pvt ltd company wants to use)/ What can be draft and preamble for such resolution
Under Company law there is no requirement for passing a resolution for adopting the design of the trade name or logo. But if you need then you can get it approved in Board Meeting.
