1. u reqire any prove of registration like partnership deed in case of trade mark acquirer is partnership firm
2. u require enquiry like co. name that such trademark is not held by any other entity. The enquiry fee is rs.500
3. when u apply for enquiry u recieve report after 15 days
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
