I am trying to generate form 16A using traces PDF generation utility. However, I am unable to do so as the "Proceed" button doesn't show up. Nor does "cancel" button.
Would be great if you could help.

Hi All,
This is due to Screen Resolution please change to Normal Resolution so that PROCESS & CANCEL button will display, it happend in my case also, so i have done R&D on this finally Solved.

Hi Mr.Chandrashekar, i changed the Screen Resolution,but didnt work. Problem is same as Ms.Jyothi said above.

After changing Resolution, please re-start the system, it should work 100%.

THanks I could do jsut by changing size of texts, apps from recommended 150% to 100%.

By changing the size of texts, apps from recommended 150% to 100%... then its working. Thank you
