Traces pdf generation utility not working

This is due to Screen Resolution please change to Normal Resolution so that PROCESS & CANCEL button will display, it happend in my case also, so i have done R&D on this finally Solved.

Hi Mr.Chandrashekar, i changed the Screen Resolution,but didnt work. Problem is same as Ms.Jyothi said above. 

After changing Resolution, please re-start the system, it should work 100%.

THanks I could do jsut by changing size of texts, apps from recommended 150% to 100%.

Is there a limit for the Part B generation? How many forms can be generated using the Traces utility??

Thank you so much. It worked. Such silly things take up so much of time. 

By changing the size of texts, apps from recommended 150% to 100%... then its working. Thank you
