Traces login problem

What does this mean and how to login in traces You will not be able to access TRACES from this login page as you have being on-boarded for secure channel access. Please login on TRACES via your secure channel of your company / bank. For details contact your headquarter office.

have you created a seperate login at TRACES or you went to traces page thru some othr secure site like bank??

some other purson has registerd on traces and we have changed the passward on traces thru forget password opstion.
