my friend who have a 50 years old he get a rent for allow tower in his own land. rent received after deducted TDs only, he don't have a any other income,
how get refund that TDs.

He has to file ITR1, and declare the rental income u/h. IFHP for assessment......
Any excess amount after the adjustment of tax liability may be claimed as refund.
can i show other sources??
It is better to show under HP as you can get 30% flat deduction...
