Kindly tell me what is Total Purchase value & Total amount Paid or debited columns in 27EQ return . whether both are inclusive of VAT/CST or exclusive of VAT/CST

Hi,
Total purchase value = Amount Receipt/Paid/Debited + TCS.
Total amount Receipt/Paid/Debited = Amount received from buyer (Grossup / No grossup).
