R u sure that total invoice vale is value +gst. because they given offline utility all total value are not including gst

Sir,
I want to claim ITC on RCM in the next month because in GSTR 3B in JULY., I didnot enter it but in GSTR 3B in August I claim it. Will I require to enter it in GSTR 2 in July or August ?
