Hi,

Please advise the total customs duty payable applicable on the import of Excavators and Dump Trucks in India. If possible, please give the break-up of duty too.

HS Code for them are:

Excavator:8429.52 and 8431.49.

Dump Truck:8704.32 and 8708.99

BCD on 8429.52 and 8431.49. is 7.5% and 8704.32 and 8708.99 is 10%
