Topics dropped from QT CA Final

Hi Friends,

As per a notification issued by the ICAI, Test of Hypothesis and Time Series Analysis are dropped from the syllabus of CA Final for May 2011.

However, can the ICAI be trusted???

Is it a guarantee that no question from these topics will be asked in the question paper?

I am asking this because for the CA Final (new course) May 2010 exam they had issued a similar notification that SEBI guidelines are not in the syllabus, but there was a direct question on the same in the Law paper.....
