in both the 16 marks question i made mistakes altough it tallied
in Profit prior to Incorporation Profit on Sale of Investment in pre incorporation period was to be deducted form gross profit of pre incorporation period,i divided between them.
in Internal Reconstruction,Ithe balance for Capital reserve was to be used for reducing palnt,i showed it as Capital Reserve,altough my Balance Sheet got tallied..:(
