Yeah I think it is pretty helpful because one can select which all question to write and plan accordingly. Since question reading is an important aspect one can dedicate time exclusively for that

ya it's very helpful bcoz we can save our time in reading the paper and also can cleary understand the paper.

Yes, very helpful......

We can decide how to frame the answer in a good manner, we can think on those which we dont know.

IF it is  problamatic paper (accounts, costing , taxation , FM ) case - we can made rough calculations in mind or with calculator even we didnt put or pen or pencil on paper.

If it is theory case - we can think over case laws and what might be the answer and how to give the presentation overthere.

But what the question how time is utilised depends on the student...........

Overall very helpfulll..........

Obviously those 15 minutes are a gift to students... One can think & Plan the Way to answer the paper though not allowed to scribble anything on the question paper.

secondly in case the questions are difficult then we get time to think the probable answers and the way to be presented in the answer sheet.
