converting formula in values:
when we have used a formula to calculate some figures, now we need to use these figures in other working sheet independent of current working. convert these formulas into value as follow:-
Copy the all the cells, which u want to convert
go to cells where u want to put the values of these cells
go to edit menu
go to paste speciat
chek on the values
ok

to delete the row or column
select entire row or column
and then press "-" with CTRL.

when u need to write some text in a single row, and start next para in the same row:
press ALT plus Enter instead of Enter.
