when husband wife relation is a partnership for 7 births, why would the Partnership Act disallow it? Of course husband - wife can be partners in a Partnership!!!

Every individual who is capable of signing an partnership agreement can form a partnership firm.
Hence, husband and wife can be partners in partnership firm.
