THEY ARE ASKING ME TO ISSUE TDS CERTIFICATE FOR 2010-11.
PLZZ HELP ME, HOW TO ISSUE THE TDS CERTIFICATE ...
PLZZ PLZZ PLZZ TELL ME THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE... STEP BY STEP .....URGENTLY

Downlo3 ad and prepare Form 24Q, and 27A and file the e-TDS returnsfor all the 4 quarissueters., Then issue Form 16., this the TDS certificate which is required by u r employees....u can get guidance for. www.tin-nsdl.com...

As per new amendment.
about tds certificate issue after every quarter completed upto 30thjuly, 30th oct. etc. if i will issue the same after 30th july or if i submitted the return after above dates is there any panelty imposable or not.........
