Hi friends my query is can the casual vacancy, caused by resignation by Auditor, be filed in AGM due and if yes dan wat about the Financial Accounts which needs to be send along with notice of AGM as per co. ACt & Listing agreement.
Or can the Financial account be adopted in adjourned meeting and if yes dan dan how many days notice will be required and do company need to send Financial Accouts to all members bfore adjourned meeting.
