Dear professional colleagues, I was assigned with task of closing a private limited company. since incorporation company hadn't file any annual return. also they had not complied with any recent compliance like INC 22A. please help me with any specific procedures that need to follow....?

The company can file for strike off under section 248.As per the recent notification the company needs to file all annual returns up to the end of the financial year in which the company ceased to carry it's operations...the fo for strike off is stk -2
