Please clarify me My client is manpower contractor. He Pays more than 15000 as salary to the employees. Whether it is compulsury to cover PF and ESI. The employees not working more than 10 months. It is most urgent. Please answer me.

Employees getting more then Rs 6500/- as pay are not eligible for pf/esi.. for more details log on to https://www.epfindia.com/
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
