If we sell a Commercial Property (Industrial Shed) is it compulsory to invest again on land only, to avoid capital gains?

Dear Friend,
You can consider investing in 54EC bonds. i.e RECL and NHAI bonds with a lock-in period of 3 years. But the investment is limited to Rs. 50 Lakhs per financial year.
