WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR GIVING INTIMATION OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS TO DEPARTMENT UNDER TAMILNADU VAT ACT?
IS THERE ANY PENALTY FOR NON INTIMATION DELAY IN INTIMATION OF CHANGE OFADDRES.?

30 days; otherwise the officer may levy C Fees.

30 days, if the registered place changed then the penalty will be higher. if the additional place changes you have pay Rs 1000/- only. pl check with assessing officer.
