10 December 2011I am working in a manufactruing Concern in chennai , we have sold some manufacturing scrap materials to our sister concern which is located in Punjab by chrging Vat @ 14.5% as per TN Vat.But they argued that why you have not transferred the goods against Form F.Kindly advice which is Correct.

Form F is required only if it is transfeered to your own company's branch otherwise you will have pay CST as applicable i.e with C form or without C Form.
