20 June 2014I m registered as FIRM in Tamilnadu(recently).But I have opened cafetaria in Bangalore and proposed topen another in Chennai.I have obtained PAN in the name of my FIRM.Presently my business in Bangalore is 3.5 lacks and is hardly 2 months old.
Wish to know about the procedure of TIN. Do I need to open for the two states separetly or one at Karnataka or Tamilnadu would do.and I also would like to know the procedure for opening TIN.

You have to get two separate TIN No., one for Tamil Nadu and another for Karnataka. Or
You get the TIN No. in Tamil Nadu, and get the Branch in Bangalore.
