TIN e-regn .jpg to .pdf/.zip

on www.mptax.in i m registering a client for TIN no......i hv downloaded the template filled it properly...got the transaction id while uploading an error msg is appearing that extention is not proper u can upload only .zip or .pdf file..........firstly i converted all the attachments into .zip it didn't upload n now i converted it in .pdf then also the same error msg is appearing..........what to do plz help............
