Form 108 (duly signed by principle) is required to be submitted with ICAI with in 30 days of completion of Articleship. (Here completion of Articleship includes extended period of articleship, if any).

One more thing non-submission of form 108 within stipulated time limit attracts penalty by monetary means.

whether 30 days is count from date of completion of articleship or date of signing of form 108???
