For Time of supply of goods in forward charge last date for issue of invoice is......?
Can any body clarify me please.

In Case Of Taxable Supply of Goods

A) Involving Movement of Goods- At The Time of Removal

B) No Movement of Goods - At The Time of Delivery

C) Sale or return supplies- i- Before or at the time of supply , or

ii-within 6 months from the removal

( whichever is earlier in i & ii )

Time of Supply of Goods

Time of supply of goods is earliest of:

1. Date of issue of invoice

2. Last date on which invoice should have been issued

3. Date of receipt of advance/ payment*.

As the GST on Advance for supply of Goods is being Deferred by Notification 40/2017 CT , the Time of supply of goods will be Removal of goods supply to Recepeint on Tax Invoice (As per section 31)

Note : Above not applicable to composit dealer
