WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO SUBMIT PROOF OF EXPORT AND CAIM FOR REBATE OF DUTY.

180 days from the date shipment.

180 days from the date of clearance from factory.

I heard that now time limit has increase up to 1 year. Can you provide me latest notification.

Please refer to the time limit mentioned for submission of proof of export under your B-1 Bond or LUT, which is as per the rules in force.
