Can pl someone tell what is the time limit for unsecured debt collection. Credit card co contacted me after 12 years for a settled account and threatened to go to court for amount outstanding as per them. Pl suggest if they can go to court after 12 yeras. thanks aj

Well, If you have the settlement letter with you, you are totally safe.... And dont worry, they dont normally go to court since the process takes years..... Dhamki hi dete hai....
