Time limit for scrutiny
What is the time limit for getting scrutiny notice for Financial year 2016-17

u/s 143(3)within 6 month from the end of financial year in which itr filed. and u/s 148 last four of year if income escape is upto 100000 and in case of above 1lakh 6 year
means i will not get notice u/s 143(3) for 2016-17 now
upto 2022-23 u/s148

challan 281 major heard 21 in case of other than company and 20 in case of company and minor head 400
143(3) is not a notice. you will not get 143(2) notice but you may get 148 notice till 31/03/2023
