Time limit for filing report under 285BA
In case of Individual Tax Audit cases, what is time limit to furnish statement of financial transaction ( SFT) in form 61, u/s 285BA ?

Person need to file the statement in form No. 52 A within 30 days from the end of such FY in which such production is carried on by him or within thirty days from the date of the completion of the production of the film, whichever is earlier .
Can you please provide details of section under which it provided
