When can Cenvat Credit in respect of Input Services be availed...??? Is ther any restricions or timelimit on availing the same...!??

When ever Invoice and service tax on that,remitted to party, we can avail the Input of service tax.

Availment of Cenvat credit should be on receipt of bill; after making payment thereof it can be utilised, however there is no time limit for carrying forward of Cenvat credit until business continue.
