As per Section 139 (1) of Income-tax Act, Due Date to file Return of Income in your case is 30-09-2011.

time limit u/s 139(1) is 30th sept. How ever u can file ur return belated also after paying interest u/s 234 a,b,c. But you have to obtain ur audit report before 30th sept otherwise you will be penalized up to Rs 100000.00.
