I received notice u/s 143(1)(a) regarding Adjustments in Income / Deductions
But I could not reply within 30 Days.
Is there any Option to Claim Refund or Response now ?

should respond now it self . submit all the evidence if any. if there was no evidence then click on I agree nd file revised return :) tq

Write to your jurisdictional ITO and get your issue resolved. ITO's are very helpful and they will guide you properly.
