Time clash between c.a articleship and other course

Sir, i received letter from institute, that time of my articleship clashes with my bcom course . but its not true .. Information i filled in form 112 was - college timing 7a.m to 10.30 am and articleship timing 11 a.m to 6 p.m . but still i received there letter asking me to get it sign from my college principal ..
