Threshold Limits

Dear Friends,

Please let me know whether threshold limits in GST applicable for each state or pan India basis?

Example:Reg limit of 20Lakhs, RCM exempt limit of 5000/day

since we are having businesses in 18 states
those limits can be applied for each state separately.

Applicable to each state separately as per section 22 of CGST act 2017

For registration 20 lakhs limit is in aggregate..... based on PAN INDIA supplies......

While RCM u/s. 9(4) of CGST (& u/s. 5(4) of IGST) has been suspended till March, 2018
