Threshold limit of T.D.S as on 18.06.2010

In our case payment of Rent from 13.04.2010 to 30.04.2010 is Rs. 8100 and from 01.05.2010 to 31.05.2010 rent of Building is Rs. 13500 this is charged every month for next one year. Whether we take threshold limit 120000 or 180000 ? We want to make payment on 20.06.2010.

Which limit used for deduction of tax as on this month ?
