The Assessee is expired. Now Return is filling as Executator of estate of Late MR.ABC whether Executator of estate of Late MR.ABC can get the benefit of Threshhold limit of Rs.5,00,00 for A.Y.2012-13 as The assesseee expired after the age of 80 years.

Yes, It will be the Age of Assessee. Since, he has expired after the age of 80, he should get the benefit. But, it may be challenged by Income Tax Department also. I have not found any resembling case laws.
