You are right naveen.
Yes its correct that you cannot name a folder as CON ..but this is not some secret which this message claims...its also false that even microsoft doesnt know the answer.
CON, PRN, LPT13 are standard strings reserved by windows...thats y you cant use them as folder names because if you create them then your operating system will get confused as to whether execute the internal command or open the particular folder.
