Sir actually i completed my articles in march 2018.
And i did my MBA also and i completed in my articles period only.
Bt I didnt file my form 112.
Now can i File sir.
But how much will be the penalty.
I am not a final student also. Just completed articles.

Download form 112....in last page penalty is mentioned.... Rs. 10000 with 18% GST bhai.... And submit form with condonation letter signed by ur principal to icai

Its not for final... Its for training... U should have submit form 112 when got admission in MBA During training time.... U can deposit that amount before applying of membership no.... Visit icai and ask about that

Ya once visit also icai and ask about that... At that time also u should have submit condonation letter signed by ur principal... So better deposit earlier
