Third party payment in tds

sir,

i want to know, whether in case of TDS third party payments are accepted or not. i.e., if i have to deposit tds u/s 194c deducted by me from my supplier.  immediately i am not having funds to pay. can other person pay this amount through his net banking and later on can i refund to him.
