I do not think we can conclude by writing ''' In my opinion....... ''' while all other points are generally advised to follow by all faculties, conclusion part need some fine tuning.
Well conclusion part may be started like this (an example)
, '' Based on the provisions discussed above, it can be concluded that Mr X cannot be appointed as a director of a company''
INSTEAD OF
''In my opinion, Mr X cannot be appointed as a director of a company''
