THE REASON I AM POSTING THIS TOPIC IS COZ RECENTLY I HAD SEEN A BUNCH OF YOUNG GUYS(HARDLY 13 TO 15YRS) SMOKING AND INFACT ENJOYING IT,...IT GAVE ME IMMENSE FEELING OF PAIN,...

1)SMOKING:
Do you know how bad smoking is for you. I mean, how really bad it is?
Cigarettes are a very efficient drug- which goes right to the Brain. Each puff on a cigarette sends nicotine to the brain within 10 seconds. Immediately, we feel more alert and calm. Sometimes euphoric. It feels good, so we have another puff. And another. Soon the brain's chemical structure actually changes. It becomes hooked into wanting more and more nicotine to make the effects last. No wonder smoking is so addictive.
The effects of smoking are legion. Smoking is dangerous because it has effects on the respiratory system and cardiovascular system. One of the most dreaded effects of smoking is lung cancer. Unfortunately, the effects of smoking are seen not only among smokers, but also in the people around them.
ONE OUT OF TWO SMOKERS DIE DUE TO ILL HEALTH.
Smoking is dangerous because smoke contains more than four thousand poisonous substances which cause various diseases, even death. Among these are cancer-producing substances, carbon monoxide, nicotine, and other irritating substances.
Does smoking affect non-smokers?
Yes. For every person who smokes, there are two who do not. But the non-smoker still breathes in “sidestream” smoke from the burning cigarette tip and “mainstream” smoke that has been inhaled then exhaled by the smoker. This is called passive, involuntary, or second-hand smoke, which also exposes the non-smoker to the same dangers and discomforts that a smoker faces.
Cigarette smoking increases your risk of dying from lung cancerby 8 to 20 times. Nine out of ten people who die from lung cancer are smokers. Smoking increases the risk of developing cancer of the mouth, throat, and esophagus by two to twenty times.
2)DRINKING
Many people drink alcoholic beverages at parties, bars, and sometimes at home to wind down after a long day of work. Alcohol in moderation can be fun and allow you to relax after a long day or week of work. However alcohol is also considered to be a "downer" type of drug, so you should not drink it if you are depressed. Drinking while you are depressed will usually just make you feel more depressed.
ITS REALLY A FRUSTRATING TIME FOR THE OTHER PERSON,...YOU GET DRUNK AND BUMP UR CAR INTO SOME OTHER GUY EVEN KILLING HIM FOR HIS INNOCENCE,...YOU GET DRUNK AND LOOSE UR SENSES AND START TALKING ALL RUBBISH (BLA BLA BLA) AND MAKING URSELF A COMIC CHARACTER,..ESPECIALLY A LOT OF FAMILY PROBLEMS ARE DUE TO THIS UNWANTED HABIT,...IT MAKES U ABUSIVE TOWARDS UR FAMILY AND ALSO FOR THOSE WHO GOT KIDS ,UR EVEN DESTROYING THEIR BRAINS BY SETTING A USELESS INSPIRATION,....
THE LIST GOES ON AND ON AND ON,..
DUE TO THE RAPID INCREASE OF PUBS DISCO ESPECIALLY IN METRO CITIES ,THERE IS NO STOPPING TO THIS DRINKING,...

3)LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST,JUST REMEMBER UR PARENTS ONCE BEFORE GETTING ADDICTED TO THIS DANGEROUS HABITS,...THEY GIVE U MONEY AS AND WHEN U ASK BY TRUSTING U,..ISNT IT,..?SO WE OUGHT TO KEEP UP THE TRUST BY FULFILLING WAT THEY EXPECT FRM US,..

SO FRNDS HAVE A STRONG WILL POWER IF UR ADDICTED TO THIS BAD HABIT,..ITS REQUIRES A LOT OF SELF CONTROL,..JUST SET A DATE TO QUIT THIS HABITS,..TRY IT AND U CAN COME OUT,...MAY BE IT TAKES TIME BUT ITS WORTH A BEAUTIFUL HAPPY LIFE,...
