The profession of chartered accountancy

THE PROFESSION OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY

This is the only profession which provides more than 100 "different" careers
.
(THAT'S WHY IT IS DIFFERENT).
.
If any CA is not satisfied with his present area of profession; he can switch it to other at ANY TIME during his LIFE TIME.
.
Every subject included in the curriculum gives 4-5 different careers. In some of the subjects even more than that.
.
The problems which are being faced by the fresh/senior members are due to :
.
1. Their own unawareness about the emerging areas of practice because they didn't develop their habit to analyze those areas.
.
2. The Institute discusses and publishes a lot about emerging areas in its monthly Journal. But very few members DARE to open WRAPPER of that Journal.
.
Most of them don't enjoy STUDY because for them; it is not of much use and further; it is BORING !
.
3. Actually they don't LOVE their profession; they are here to EARN MONEY only.
.
( Just see the performance of some artists at TV - Dance India Dance, SAA-RE-GA-MAA and so on.. ). For great success; a long journey is required - of course with SMART IDEAS.
.
4. Many are engaged in such type of work which doesn't require reading; it requires only CONTACTS and regular LIAISON.

They forget the point that PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY at national and international level can be had with PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION only.
.

5. There are lots of opportunities available with the Institute which require lots of faculties, research workers, examiners and so on.
.
For this; one should show his interest to do work and be in contact with good people.
.
They should also visit their local chapters to be in touch with latest development in the profession.
